Our practice of information privacy is of course in accordance to the federal information privacy law (BDSG) and the telecommunications information privacy law (TDDSG).
We collect and process your personal data solely to process your order, unless you would like to use additional services. The personal data saved are accessible to you at all times on your customer account to review, alter, or delete. To process and ship your order we will forward your data to the forwarding agency. Forwarding your data to unauthorized third parties (e.g. for marketing use) will explicitly NOT occur.
As long as it is necessary to complete the contract or to oblige legal regulations, we will save call detail records. These records will be deleted immediately as soon as their reason for storage expires.
